Function

It is used to accumulate steel strip, to guarantee 2 end of steel strip when welding, tube mill can run continuously and smoothly. Vertical accumulator can feed strip automatically, variable-frequency and variable-speed motor, reducer transmission system, driven feeding device.

Composition and working principle

（1）Entry guiding roll base Purpose: it is used to feed strip into pinching roll device Type: adjust vertical roll by manual

（2）Pinching roll device and brake system Purpose: It is used to control strip tension. Type: Air cylinder of pinching roll driven, solenoid valve control. Pinching roll brake: solenoid valve control Pinching motor: DC variable frequency motor

（3）Outer  cage device and transmission system Purpose: it is used to form accumulator outer ring and inner ring, in order to accumulate steel strip. It consists of inner cage rollers system, outer rollers system and idle roller device, and so on. Steel strip is twisted through outer case, so that tension can be controlled when charging and discharging strip. Chamber motor: A.C. frequency motor.

（4）Center roller system Purpose:  It is used to change strip angle of twist, and feed strip into inner cage roller system smoothly

（5）Guiding base  at outlet Purpose: It is used to feed strip into forming and sizing mill from center roller system.

（6）Electric control system and console Purpose: It is used to control complete machine operation and driven motor.
